As we approach the end of 2025, I am excited to offer a special workshop designed to help you welcome the new year with clarity and intention.

Join me on Saturday, December 27, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM for a transformative experience that will set the tone for the year ahead.

Tune in, Let go and Level up for 2026

2025 has been a year of growth and change for many of us. In this workshop, we will take the time to reflect on the lessons we’ve learned, the challenges we’ve faced, and the moments of joy that have enriched our lives. It’s important to acknowledge these experiences as we prepare to move forward. We will engage in guided activities that allow us to identify what we need to release—be it old habits, limiting beliefs, or emotional baggage—so that we can create space for new opportunities in 2026.

Manifest and Reset

Once we’ve let go of what no longer serves us, we will shift our focus to manifestation. What do you want to invite into your life in the coming year? During this segment, we will set intentions and goals through journaling exercises, allowing you to clarify your vision for 2026. We will also explore the use of crystals, special objects, and empowering words to activate these intentions. The power of manifestation lies in our ability to visualize and believe in the possibilities ahead, and I’m here to guide you through this creative process.

Infuse with Sound

To deepen our experience, we will conclude the workshop with a soothing sound bath. This meditative practice will help to harmonize our energies and infuse our intentions with positive vibrations. Sound has a profound ability to shift our state of being, and this session will create a beautiful space for reflection and renewal as we prepare to step into the new year.

Connection and Community

Throughout the workshop, you will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who are also on their journey of self-discovery and growth.
