You will be guided into a frequency ritual TH Sacred Water Blessing Ceremony, and then move into a gentle movement stretch and release restrictive energies from your body
as you glide slowly from movement into stillness, interwoven with the magical and
mystical sounds of crystal singing bowls, flute, gong or drum to enhance your connection
with your inner landscape and support you to open a doorway into and explore your inner realms. Finishing off with a Theta Healing where we work with the Bladder and Kidney meridian belief system release

We will connect with the cyclic nature and rhythms of the Winter Equinox Mystical vibrations of our own Inner Self as we surrender all that creates disharmony within.
