Reiki Level 1

Please feel welcome to come and join Carolyn for this inspiring and self-empowering workshop. Through the sacred process of attunement you will become aligned to and a channel for the beautiful life force energy that is Reiki. This powerful and nurturing energy can initiate profound self-healing that has the potential to instigate and support incredible positive changes in your life.

Reiki helps on every level of your being including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It is a non-invasive hands on modality that is not aligned with any religion or belief system and is always safe to use. Reiki can be taught to and received by all.

During this workshop you will;

*become a channel for the Reiki energy

*learn the history of Reiki

*learn how to ground

*learn how to energetically protect yourself and family

*learn how to administer self-healing, and to heal the ones you love

*learn how the energy works and what some of its many uses are.

Reiki will guide you on a journey to finding inner peace and it will bring about balance in all areas of your life. This is a relaxed, safe and beautiful experience and one that will bring about incredible, positive changes to your life.

What to wear: Please wear comfortable clothing, making sure you are sufficiently warm

What to bring: a water bottle, a pen and journal/notebook, your lunch (although there are cafes nearby that can be accessed by foot during the lunchbreak) and a pillow/blanket for use on second day. You may also bring in your favourite crystal or two on day 2 for clearing and charging with Reiki free of charge.
