The Aura-Soma Essentials course is an opportunity to relax and unwind over two experiential days of meditation and self-discovery. An exciting opportunity to better understand yourself, as you explore your relationship with colour and light. DURING THE COURSE YOU WILL
Experience how the living energies of colours, plants and crystals contained within the Aura-Soma Equilibrium bottles and supporting vibrational tools can nurture and support the different levels of your being.
- Gain an understanding of the Universal Language of Colour through the vibrational messages that they carry.
- Be introduced to the 4 bottle journey through which you can understand your soul purpose, your gifts and talents, your here and now and energies that may influence your future.
- Discover the beauty of ‘Music for Enhanced Understanding’, composed specifically for the Equilibrium bottles and the Essential Colours of Aura-Soma by highly respected, inspirational musician, David Bailey.

Harnessing the vibrational powers of Mother Nature, Aura-Soma Equilibrium bottles are a system of colour, plant and crystal energies that bring you closer to self-understanding.
When you trust your intuition while selecting the Equilibrium bottles and apply them regularly, they have the capacity to support you to a deeper consciousness and promote your total wellbeing. Your body knows on an instinctual level what it requires to thrive. I wholeheartedly believe that no-one knows you better than you know yourself.
I have been using Aura-Soma products since 2007, connecting to the infinite possibilities and universal energies of Mother Nature. This is part of my daily routine: find the time to connect with myself and dedicate time to it is not a luxury but a necessity in this day and age.
The course will be delivered in a relaxed and friendly environment where we will all have the possibility to deeply connect to the energies of colours.
Light snacks and refreshments will be available.
